Cornerstone Medical Recruitment are seeking a Specialist Medical Receptionist based in Wynnum, QLD.
Do you have the ability to multi-task, work under pressure, thrive on organisation and time management? If so, then we would like to hear from you. This role requires someone who is confident, positive to change and able to clearly communicate to the team and patients.
You will receive:
Induction training for 1-2 weeks to set you up for success.
Friendly team culture | Specialist are very caring.
Team activities, birthday celebrations.
Within this position you will:
Welcome patients and visitors to the practice.
Answer phones, email enquiries.
Schedule patient appointments.
Process and action new referrals.
Clinic invoicing, receipts, online Medicare patient claims.
Medicare/DVA billing.
Booking appointments for all practice locations (3 in total)
Requirements for this position are:
Genie and Microsoft Teams experience preferred.
Must be a team player, strong work ethic and patient focused.
Professional and positive approach in a busy environment.
