About the team
The Office of the Chief People Officer delivers strategic people programs for the organisation including HR business partnering, workforce and culture initiatives, workplace and employee relations advice, learning and development, along with operational services such as payroll, recruitment and appointments, remuneration and benefits.
About your new role
An exciting opportunity has become available for a Training Support Officer in Learning and Development. The purpose of this position is to coordinate with others to plan, organise and manage the operational aspects of compliance-based learning activities per City of Gold Coast policies, procedures, and work standards. This position provides timely and responsive customer excellence and is responsible for a broad range of learning and development administrative and logistics functions. Be an integral part of reinforcing our High Performing Principles into the working life of every City of Gold Coast employee.

- Strong eye for detail when completing administration tasks including scheduling training courses, updating training history, invoicing, and entering data
- Ability to learn new programs with ease - Chris21, ServiceNow and SAP system knowledge is desirable, but not essential.
- High level of customer service and communication skills.
- "Can do" attitude and ability to innovatively solve problems in complex, multi-disciplinary environments.
- Time management skills with an ability to meet deadlines, achieve goals and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work productively in a team environment, and to foster good relationships with other team members.
