As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking an experienced Web Admin to join our Digital/IT team.
Responsibilities:
As a Web Administrator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing our online presence. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and enhancing our dealership's website, ensuring a seamless and engaging online experience for our customers.
- Regularly update and maintain the dealership website with accurate and current information about vehicle inventory, promotions, and services.
- Monitor website performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal functionality.
- Create and upload engaging and relevant content, including images, videos, and written descriptions of vehicles.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across the website.
- Implement strategies to enhance the overall user experience on the website.
- Conduct regular usability testing and gather feedback to make data-driven improvements.
- Implement and manage SEO strategies to improve the website's search engine ranking and visibility.
- Utilize analytics tools to track website performance and user behavior, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Monitor and ensure the security of the website, implementing necessary updates and safeguards.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to maintain compliance with web standards.
- Bachelor or a Diploma Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Web Administrator or similar role, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Proficiency in web development languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and e-commerce platforms.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and web analytics tools
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Knowledge in Automotive Industry
- Flexible with working schedule as may need to work over the weekend
