The Opportunity: 

We're on the lookout for a talented Accounts Officer to join our Finance Team. In this vital role, you'll tackle a variety of Accounts and Clerical tasks, from daily allocation of remittances and processing of bank/cash transactions to accounts payable, bank reconciliations, and managing client queries related to salary packaging and novated leases. Your contributions will be essential in maintaining the financial health and operational efficiency of our organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and reconcile incoming revenue for Salary Packaging & Novated Leases.
• Handle accounts payable invoices and payments.
• Perform daily bank reconciliations.
• Issue invoices within the finance system.
• Address clients' salary packaging and novated lease inquiries and requirements.
• Undertake clerical and operational tasks, along with general ad-hoc duties to support the broader finance team.

Who You Are:

• You have prior experience in a similar role or general Accounts Officer function.
• You're skilled in processing, reconciliation, Excel, and have strong analytical abilities.
• You're self-motivated and thrive both independently and as part of a team.
• Your attention to detail is impeccable, and you possess excellent financial skills.
• You're able to work well under pressure and communicate effectively with people at all levels of business.
• You're a fast learner, open to new processes and changes, and have a strong commitment to taking ownership of tasks.
