Based in our Head Office at Kingston, your responsibilities will include:
- Answering incoming calls
- General office work including data entry, photocopying, laminating, etc.
- Assisting other departments with day-to-day operations
- Scheduling and confirming bookings for our customers.
- Liaising with installers and sub-contractors
- Reviewing install/dismantle photos and scheduling rectifications as required.
- Uploading of purchase orders and other documents
- Any task which may be required, in relation to administration duties required for the business.
