William Farmer Funeral Directors is one of Bendigo's most well-respected family owned and operated funeral directors. We remain a fully accredited member of the Australian Funeral Directors Association and ensure we meet every requirement, if not exceed them. These include standards of ethics, training, premises, vehicles and equipment.
We are currently looking for a caring and professional Administration Assistant/Graphics support to join our team.
PRIMARY PURPOSE
In this position you will be required to assist our team across all areas of administration, specifically supporting in the designing all of graphics/printing/audio visual requirements involved in the funeral planning process.
You need to love working with people, consider yourself an excellent communicator, have great time management skills, the ability to self-direct and be working towards our common team goal to attain a high level of service to our families.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
- General administration and reception duties
- Development of Photo presentations and chapel screens
- Memorial Books
- Design and printing of all printed items.
- Organising music needed for funeral in appropriate format
- Design of Name plates for Coffins
- Company Social media support
- Establish and maintain effective communication and relationships with key stakeholders.
- Ad hoc projects as required.
