The Drug and Alcohol Testing Institute is part of the Fit4Duty group of companies. Our Training Division is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) [National Provider 31988] delivering a range of both accredited and non-accredited short courses in Workplace Drug and Alcohol Testing to individuals and an expanse variety of industries, both large and small, across the Australia.
The part-time (24 hours per week) RTO Administration Assistant is responsible within a team for the administrative tasks that support customer service, training and assessment delivery and the compliance requirements of an RTO.
The performance of the RTO Administration Assistant has a noticeable impact on the customer-friendly, high quality, timely and compliant operations of Drug and Alcohol Testing Institute.
The RTO Administration Assistant is a methodical, reliable, enthusiastic, ‘can-do’ multi-tasker who thrives on a diverse role, can meet deadlines and can flexibly prioritise to meet business needs.
The RTO Administration Assistant is a highly competent user of Office 365 and Learner Management Systems, has excellent customer service skills, demonstrates grace under pressure, and can work in a close office environment.
The RTO Administration Assistant works closely with the administration team and is supported and mentored by the RTO Manager.
