As we continue to grow, we're on the search for our next Administrative super star!
Reporting to the Operations Manager in this autonomous and varied role, you will provide administrative support across three busy business areas; Operations, Plant Management and Accounts Payable/Receivable.
Working from our office in Dandenong South, your tasks & responsibilities will include...
- Upkeep/ordering stock for the workshop and depo
- Monitoring and directing emails through the admin email inbox
- Assisting with staff workwear orders
- Assisting with accommodation bookings
- Assisting with the completion of safety documentation/registration as per client and in-house requirements, including responding to compliance requests and distributing induction materials to staff
- Data entry and upkeep of various spreadsheets across Operations, Plant and Accounts
- Daily prestart review and follow up on responses
- Monitoring and prompting the team when test and tag's are due
- Making updates in our GPS system Simply Unified
- Creating and distributing client quotes
- Identify and lead system and process improvement opportunities
- Maintain clear and accurate fleet records and monitor servicing requirements
- Using Xero to enter bills for payment and client invoices
Qualifications & experience
- Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent
- 2+ years experience in similar role
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly confident in Microsoft Office and Google Suite of applications, including strong skill in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
- Computer literate
- Flexible multitasker
- Problem solving skills
- Priortisation skills and impeccable time management
- Experience and desire to work autonomously
- Experience in the development, implementation and maintenance of administrative systems
- First aid qualifications preferrable but not essential
