HR Law is a boutique employment law firm located right in the Brisbane CBD currently operating a hybrid working environment.
The Position
This junior position will sit alongside the other admin staff and assist with everyday administration tasks. This role is a busy role that will see you as the go-to person, your duties may include:
- Typing dictations including advices, employment documentation, reports etc.
- Client management including opening and closing files, billing etc.
- Diary and travel management/arrangements
- Reception type duties including answering all incoming calls
- Other general admin and secretarial duties
The Right Person
- Secretarial or admin support experience preferred but not required
- 50+ WPM typing speed
- Team player who enjoys a fast-paced working environment, is enthusiastic and has a proactive approach
- Pleasant phone manner, punctual and reliable
- Attention to detail and accuracy is of upmost importance
- Ability to adapt to changing work requirements and varying workloads, work cooperatively and efficiently within the team and the organisation
- Ability to undertake all duties in an ethical, professional and efficient manner that upholds the values and best practices of the firm, maintain confidentiality
