Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving growth and expanding our market presence across various industries, both domestically and internationally.

Renowned for our ability to produce complex metal parts for some of the most demanding applications in aerospace and defence, as demonstrated by our involvement in the F-35 program (see video below), we are now set for significant growth with additional capabilities in titanium and non-destructive testing.
What you bring:
- Proven experience in Business Development, sales, or account management in a technical field such as manufacturing and engineering. Previous exposure or experience in precision machining and/or casting manufacturing would be an advantage but is not essential.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in generating and submitting on time appealing quotes and proposals.
- A positive and proactive approach to work, supported by outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with others for best outcomes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, ERP systems and CRM software.
What you'll be doing:
- Ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities by identifying and pursuing new opportunities from new and existing customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Possess a strong understanding of their needs, providing tailored recommendations of our productions/solutions that add value to their business.
- Serve as a main point of contact, addressing any requests, queries and concerns in a prompt and professional manner. This includes directing and working with other departments to ensure accurate and timely responses.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies for product development, pricing, and marketing.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, industry members and partners, showcasing our capabilities and value proposition.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
- Support processing of new orders including handover to production of new products.
