Your role within the team
In this hybrid role, the Senior WBDM and Field Coach will be responsible for delivering profitable sales growth and ensuring the effective delivery of coaching and training to increase recommendations of our products, on or above targets, across the H&H portfolio within a defined territory. In addition to this, the role will play a senior lead and coaching role amongst the national field sales team with a focus on supporting the delivery of the Community Pharmacy and HCP strategy by effectively coaching WBDMs through the overall selling skills process and delivering training initiatives to improve field sales performance and capability. More broadly they will contribute to the design, development and implementation of field capability and performance strategies and plans across the national field teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Commercial Sales Capability
- Deliver Quarterly and Annual Sales Targets
- Deliver on customer call coverage requirements and business agreed customer service level agreements
- Promoting products in line with Swisse global brand guidelines Wellness Training Capability
- Effectively implement a dynamic technical capability training plan across your designated territory in collaboration with the Education team.
- Deliver on in field training targets with key decision makers
- Manage and conduct in store training sessions with key stakeholders
- Support quarterly state based education events In-field Coaching Capability
- Support the Community Pharmacy and HCP strategy by effectively coaching WBDMs through the overall selling skills process and deliver training initiatives to improve performance
- Identify training needs of the WBDMs and create monthly in-field coaching actions and conduct in-store training with WBDMs
- Support the WBDMs with consistent qualitative feedback & evaluation of the selling skills process (e.g. QUEST) to improve sales performance Support the National Field Sales Manager with actionable insights gathered from the assessment of the WBDMs selling skills process capability and how this is impacting their quantitative sales performance
- Work with National Field Sales Manager and other members of Field Sales Leadership Team to deploy training initiatives and gather feedback on these deployments and provide improvement suggestions for future deployments

To make sure we’re setting new starters up for success, we ask that you meet a few criteria relevant to the role to be considered for this opportunity:
- Proven territory management success in Pharmaceutical, Naturopathy, Medical or health food sales
- Healthcare Qualified with a Degree or Diploma in a Health Science or Naturopathy discipline, have a strong understanding of sales in the health care sector and understanding of key clinical terms and relevant industry research data
- Demonstrated group/team leadership and interpersonal skills
- Commercial Insight Relentless, proactive focus on growth and knowledge of the customer, the category, competitors and H&H commercials.
- Understands how their role directly or indirectly contributes to sales Product & Wellness Expertise Knowledge of our categories ingredients efficacy and evidence along with health and wellness expertise to add value to influence increasing recommendation rates.
