About the role:
Join Origin Energy as a Business Development Manager in South East Melbourne, in this role, you'll be the driving force behind expanding our LPG business in the area. As a proactive "hunter," you'll harness your cold-calling expertise to achieve remarkable results while developing your leadership skills.
Reporting directly to the Regional Sales Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in spotting and nurturing commercial and industrial opportunities. With a focus on new business, you will position yourself for advancement in various segments of the dynamic LPG markets.
Please note: This role will require frequent travel to terminal locations across Melbourne and client visits in different parts of the South East Melbourne.
Your key responsibilities:
- Unleash your cold calling expertise to secure new business opportunities
- Cultivate a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools
- Share market insights and competitor information regularly
- Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams, amplifying sales leads
- Ensure customer satisfaction and uphold stringent safety and environmental standards
