We are currently seeking a passionate and professional Business Development Manager (BDM) to help drive our brand's continued growth across the VIC/TAS territories.
The Role:
Based in Melbourne, this position will play a critical role in developing and nurturing relationships with beauty and medical clinics, seeking new growth opportunities, and assisting existing accounts to enhance their individual sales to grow their businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with existing and accounts to understand individual needs and identify new sales opportunities in the beauty and medical sectors.
- Implement effective account management strategies and solutions utilising; market trends, competitor analysis and territory knowledge to drive product and regional growth plans.
- Represent Synergie Skin at industry events and trade shows, showcasing our products and educating potential clients about the benefits of Clean Science in cosmeceuticals.
- Conduct cosmeceutical treatment demonstrations and training sessions to educate clinic staff and enhance product knowledge.
- Generate accurate, timely sales activity reporting, forecasting and data analysis.
You have:
- A genuine passion for health, sustainability, and education within the cosmeceutical sector.
- A proven sales track record, ideally within the cosmeceutical or Aesthetics industry.
- A solid knowledge of skin science allows you to effectively communicate and educate professional clientele.
- Qualifications in dermal science or beauty therapy, enhancing your ability to advise on cosmeceutical products and treatments.
- natural relationship building skills, are customer centric and find negotiating and influencing a breeze!
- A drive to support, and positively motivate your team and thrive in a collaborative environment.
- proficient skills in Microsoft Office and CRM systems, hold a valid Australian driver’s licence, and are willing to travel as needed.
