The Responsibilities
Construction cost & buildability assessment of early concept designs including cost estimates for feasibility purposes Actively build strong relationships with key stakeholders and manage ongoing communication, inclusive of regular reporting and meetings Tender assessment, and value management to achieve budgets Purchaser/client/tenant variations scope, pricing & delivery Chairing/attending meetings of builders and design consultants Monitor and implement detailed programmes for Design, approvals, procurement, and construction Cost control and cash flow management Overview and guide consultant input including - design/recommendations/solution and response in a timely manner Actively build strong relationships & clear communication with key stakeholders Ideal Skills/Experience Up to 7 years experience in a similar role Strong understanding of construction costs & building estimation Exceptional stakeholder management skills Leadership experience, managing a team of Project Managers and contract administrators Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Construction Management, or equivalent Contract management & strong negotiation skills Experience in residential (medium-density) projects is desirable Strong analytical & problem-solving skills The Benefits High energy and results-focused business Attractive salary (neg. based on experience) Clear leadership & goal orientated business Longer-term career progression If you'd like to know more information about the role and company, then please contact Miller Langford-Ely at 0466 806 ***.
