Your Opportunity:

This role is a full-time position Monday to Friday 7.00 am – 3.30pm based in the CBD with a two-minute walk to Southern Cross station. It is ideally suited to a return-to-work person with previous experience in reception, customer service or hospitality. With an engaging and personable style, our new Receptionist will fit in well to our family type environment whilst being well supported and offered development opportunities.

The ability to work unsupervised is critical to success in this role along with intermediate skills in MS office. Our front of house person needs to have a can-do attitude and will happily lend a hand to teammates when things get hectic.

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Managing inbound calls.
• Data Entry
• General correspondence
• Mail, filing, photocopying

Our minimum requirements for this role are:

• Excellent administrative and organisational and interpersonal skills
• Previous Reception, customer service or hospitality experience
• Friendly phone manner
• Strong computer literacy, with intermediate or higher competency in MS Word, Excel and Office
• Self-motivation with energy and enthusiasm
• Strong team ethos and service orientation
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and conflicting priorities
