About the company:
Established in 2005, Our client is one of Australasia’s leading Specialist Plastic Surgeons. They are recognised within the plastic and cosmetic industry as an international centre of excellence and research.
Duties:
- Answer phone calls and greet clients
- Monitoring of Genie CRM to ensure appointment gaps are limited (bring future appointments forward – actively work the cancellation list)
- Complete stocktake
- Ensure all stock is available for following day appointments
- Create and Manage Admin Bible
- Manage the front of house
- Ensure all pre and post photos are completed for patients
Must haves to be considered:
- Sound knowledge of Genie Practice Software experience
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Excellent proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite & Outlook
- Ability to think on your feet and proactively solve problems
- Be a team player and have a good sense of humour
- Experience in customer service/complaint handling advantageous
You will have a minimum of 3 years of experience working within a corporate environment, be incredibly organised and enjoy taking initiative.
