The role
Our facilities management services contract at the Royal Children's Hospital (RCH) represents one of Downers largest facilities management contracts in the Health Sector.
The Security team are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team at the RCH. This role will have you working with a great team in a very busy and ever-changing environment. Your responsibility will include:
- General administration duties
- Meeting and greeting customers (so you will have previous customer service experience)
- Organising ID cards for new team members
- Issuing temporary access cards
- Data entry on Excel spreadsheets (inter-mediate to advance skills would be highly regarded)
- Interaction with site specific software packages (training provided)
You will be working in a busy hospital environment, so you will engage with the general public, patients as well as internal and external stakeholders. You must have a high level of maturity as you will be working in an environment where a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism is required.
