Administrative Assistant, Concierge Services
Part-time, 12 Hours per week.

About the opportunity
Our Concierge Service has been a recent, and exciting new service implemented within our company. The outstanding success of this service now requires an additional team member; therefore, we now have an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to the Project and Relationship Manager at our Ivanhoe office.
You will be responsible for providing full administrative and client facing duties.
Duties will include:
- Customer Service calls and follow-up
- Collect, record, track and maintain data
- Research and source suitable trades
- Market research
- Audit and update concierge client and supplier communications
- Co-ordinate and schedule client and trade meetings for concierge manager
About you:
Essential Skills
- Excellent knowledge and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Xero
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail, and organisational skills
- Proven ability to meet deadlines
- Self motivated and driven to succeed
- Impeccable personal presentation
- Enjoy working in an energetic and busy office environment
