About the Role
Fleetwood Urban are seeking an energetic, results-driven, and seasoned Business Development Manager to join our high-performing team in Victoria.
In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining a steady stream of project opportunities, which you'll accurately identify, cultivate, and hand over to our Client Relations team for conversion into successful ventures.
Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):
- Generate leads through effective follow-up and introductions.
- Act as the initial point of contact for all incoming opportunity inquiries.
- Schedule calendar appointments for the Client Relations team.
- Deliver engaging client presentations.
- Evaluate leads to determine their readiness for handover to the Client Relations team.
- Educate the market about our product offerings.
- Ensure the Salesforce CRM is continuously updated with all activities undertaken.
About You
- Proficiency in phone-call follow-up.
- Experience in dealing with architects and specifiers.
- Proven ability to drill into detail for the necessary information.
- Persistent and consistent performance.
- Friendly, yet professional.
- Proven ability to work effectively within a team.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), along with superior attention to detail.
- A highly motivated and dynamic, lateral thinker.
- Experience within the construction industry (advantageous)
