Our Member & Advice business unit exists to champion the customer by delivering exceptional outcomes and is made up of Member Engagement, Member Care and Financial Advice & Education.

The role
With a purpose of synthesising and delivering organisational strategies you will work cross functionally with leaders to define, prioritise, and deliver service offerings into the Member and Advice business unit to deliver industry leading member service.
You will be responsible for maintaining a clear vision and roadmap for service offerings, ensuring alignment with customer requirements, organisational strategies, market trends, and business goals, along with
- Supporting the Head of in the execution of key strategies
- Creating an endorsed service improvement roadmap, including strategic initiatives, their schedule, priority and status
- Representing the department across UniSuper for business priorities, planning impact, capacity and contribute to portfolio projects and other initiatives.
- Identifying opportunities to optimise business processes and workflows to improve the customer experience and/or operational effectiveness and efficiency.
- Ensure project coordination and implementation planning for BAU, including scoping and managing budget, people resourcing, timing, risks, key relationships
About you
We are seeking experienced leaders with the ability to prioritise, influence and drive outcomes through building strong stakeholder relationships and taking ownership. Your experience in business planning and strategic execution, coupled with the following will set you up for success in this position;
- Experience in developing roadmaps that deliver operational and service enhancements.
- Project Management expertise, including planning, tracking, reporting and governance.
- Proven experience in effective execution and management of change. Delivering business and member value
- Experience in managing technology enabled business led change.
