Ownit Homes, one of Brisbane’s longest most respected home building companies, has a full-time or part-time opportunity for a multidisciplinary marketing professional.
The successful applicant will be responsible for enhancing Ownit Homes enviable branding position as one of Queensland’s leading home builders; building dream homes for families for over 50 years.
About the Role:
The role reports directly to the Sales Manager and Managing Director and will take a seat within the dynamic and innovative management team. You will oversee all marketing initiatives, branding and communication, website, marketing automation (HubSpot), all social media platforms, public relations and graphic design.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing marketing campaigns that lead to increased sales. You will need to be highly organised and have strong attention to detail. Excellent communication and time management skills are a must as you will be the sole person internally coordinating various marketing projects and tasks, as well as liaising with a range of internal stakeholders, creative agencies and suppliers.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
- Develop targeted marketing strategies and promotions to drive customer and sales enquiries on the Ownit Homes website and increase traffic to display homes
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring a measurable return on all marketing and advertising investment
- Manage website, digital and social media content & campaigns, management of HubSpot CRM database, creation and implementation of EDM’s & provide monthly comprehensive reporting
- Liaise with the Sales Manager to develop targeted sales collateral for new home sales consultants, and create relevant supporting point-of-sale material, advertising and signage for display homes to strengthen brand awareness
- Ensure best practice marketing and communication operations across all touch points
About you:
Our ideal candidate will have a passion for the home building industry, and have a strong understanding and experience across all channels of marketing. In addition, you will require:
- Minimum 3 years full time working experience in marketing or related discipline
- An analytical and creative mindset with a strong focus on achieving outcomes
- Dynamic strategy development and planning capability with the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Outstanding time management skills
- Manage marketing spend and budget tracking
- Ownership of the digital marketing touchpoints (including website, social media, SEM/SEO, EDMs, marketing automation)
- Implementing dynamic EDM and automation campaigns from creation through to delivery and analysis
- An understanding of content creation for social media posts
- Proficient using all Microsoft Office tools (Excel & Word) & a basic understanding of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign & Illustrator)
