Our client is currently seeking a Receptionist to join their team within the FMCG industry in Coburg North. As a Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression for their clients and visitors.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for meeting rooms
- Maintain a clean and tidy reception area
- Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably as a receptionist or in a similar position
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in using office equipment, including telephones and computers
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure
- Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds

This is initially a three-month contract position, with likey transition into a permanent full time role.
