The Role
We are currently looking for a full time Training and Business Development Manager to drive enrolments and build relationships with clients, manage, and build the capabilities of our trainers, administrators, and programs within the Qualifications portfolio.
This role has flexible work arrangements with work from home options included, and occasional interstate travel may be required. If you are wanting to take ownership and build your own team, then this may be the role for you.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage a small, but growing, portfolio of training programs,
- Manage and lead people including trainers and admin staff,
- Manage schedules and student lifecycle administration,
- Manage financials and budgets to meet forecast figures.
- Promote programs to generate enrolments.
- Identify and pursue new markets and partnerships.
- Stakeholder Management.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Must have TAE qualifications in addition to qualifications within your portfolio.
- Must have understanding and knowledge of the VET framework, and we expect ongoing professional development in this area.
- Must have previous experience working in an RTO.
- Proven ability to manage people and processes within financial constraints.
- Highly developed verbal and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate and influence.
- Ability to be innovative, creative and being tech savvy an advantage.
- Experience in evaluating and reporting on program outcomes in an organised and timely manner.
- Commitment to Workplace Health & Safety and Best Practice.
