Allcast Precast is a family values focused manufacturing business conveniently located in Woombye on the Sunshine Coast. We have been in business for 60 years and specialise in the production of plunge pools, water tanks and treatment systems. We are experiencing a high demand for our products and the business is in a period of growth.
About the Role
We are looking for a reliable, enthusiastic & self-motivated person to join our administration team. This role will report directly to the Managing Director and duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Processing Payroll
- Accounts Payable
- Account Reconciliations
- Assist the Managing Director with Standardised Financial Reporting
- Basic HR
- Other Administration Tasks as Required
Skills Required:
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Strong computer skills, particularly across the Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in using Xero
- Honest, trustworthy & good work ethic
- Must have previous financial administration experience
- Be able to work under pressure
Job particulars:
- Full Time Employment on Hourly Rates
- 3 month probation
- Monday to Friday 8.30 to 4.30pm
