After our current and highly successful NAM advised us that they had to return to NZ, we find ourselves seeking an experienced and dynamic National Account Manager to join our team, fill their shoes and deliver on business objectives whilst exceeding financial targets.
Reporting to the recently promoted General Manager of Sales, you will contribute to the overall vision to enhance the lives of our consumers, with an assurance of quality, value and innovation in the Beauty and Wellness space.

To be considered for the opportunity you have been looking for, you will ideally have the ability to successfully;
Develop and execute plans & strategies to achieve sales targets and KPI’s aligned with the strategic goals of the business.
Develop and cultivate strong relationships with National Pharmacy Banners.
Formulate customer plans and strategies, to promote the sales and core ranging of existing business, whilst seeking to develop new business opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of channel plans and alignment with overall business objectives.
Manage relationship between business and Broker to ensure sales budget are met, drive orders instore and activate promotional activity and merchandising & ensure all tools are available to drive sales and fuel business growth.
Ideally you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and attributes;
3-5 years demonstrated Pharmacy Account Management experience
Ability to build and foster positive internal & external relationships
Have a strong commercial acumen with a passion for achieving profitable sales targets.
Have goal driven attributes for success and accountability
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams and levels of the organisation.
Experience with managing field teams and Brokers.
Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business or Commerce would be ideal but not mandatory
