Dowell Windows has an excellent opportunity for a vibrant and driven Office Administrator to join our team at Geelong. You will be the first point of contact for the sales team and customers for all services. Reporting to the State Sales Manager VIC, the Office Administrator will be an all-rounder with the mix of assisting the sales team and customers.
Your key responsibilities of the role will include but not limited to:
- Answering phone calls, directing queries and maintaining emails
- Estimating customer quotes and processing customer orders using the V6 system
- Responding to customer enquiries from showroom walk in and producing quality solutions that satisfy all parties
- Maintaining an accurate record-keeping system to ensure files are up to date
- Monitoring visitor access and directing queries to the correct parties
- Providing administrative support to the team by preparing regular reports
- Working with the State Sales Manager VIC to identify and implement business improvement projects
- Be easy to deal with
