Our client is seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Assistant to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing general administrative support, word processing functions, and handling telephone and counter enquiries. You will also assist in the implementation and ongoing administration of our specific database, maintain filing systems, and support the preparation of quotes, orders, and invoices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support and word processing functions
- Handle telephone and counter enquiries in a professional manner
- Assist in the implementation and ongoing administration of the specific database
- Participate in the maintenance of filing systems
- Support the preparation of quotes, orders, and invoices
- Assist in managing team workflow and client bookings
- Arrange appointments and meetings
- Provide assistance to other support staff to ensure customer service coverage at all times
Requirements:
- Proven experience in administrative support roles
- Experience in using Xero Software
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in word processing and database management
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy
