They are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to leverage existing relationships and create new opportunities for growth and development.
Key responsibilities:
- Create new business opportunities utilizing the extensive database and your network
- Build a positive market reputation through regular client meetings and networking events.
- Identify and stay ahead of competitors and industry trends.
- Maintain the CRM with new leads and updated client information.
- Provide expert advice and market insights to internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong brand in market synonymous with luxury
- Supportive team, work closely with the Sales team
- Autonomous role, Monday – Friday with some Saturdays
- Generous salary plus commission

You will have:
- Demonstrated success in a BDM or within real estate
- Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills
- A strategic and client-focused mindset
- Strong lead generation and sales closing skills
- The ability to be self-sufficient and manage your own time effectively
- A keen interest in current market trends
- Current Real Estate Agents Rep and Vic Driver License
